Dear Cinema lovers,
It is with great pleasure that the Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria, the Embassies of the European Union Member States and the Embassies of Switzerland, Serbia and Turkey present the 2013 edition of the European Film Festival in Abuja, Kaduna, Jos, Port Harcourt and Lagos. As in previous years, this festival is part of our activities to mark the Europe Day celebration.
They bring this festival here because they believe it is an excellent way to share their values and to build bridges and mutual understanding between Europe and Nigeria. Films to be screened include Cool, Bon Voyage, Dark Blue world, The Boat Race etc Enjoy this year's selection of films which come from a range of European countries. Admission is totally free! and with some luck, you might also win one of the many gifts offered by the generous sponsors! Gifts like Flight tickets, Smart Phones, Hotel Nights and other on the spot gifts.

Sweet...now to the pictures from the opening event held at Silverbird Abuja...(peeping)...Arrrrrrrrrrrghh my D.O.P didn't snap too many pictures during the event.....Was more concerned with shooting videos for the Television Programme! How about the BLOG MAN? Hmmmm Cinematographers will always be Cinematographers! Next time, I'll send a Photographer separate (smile). In life, I believe humour lies within or atleast at the corners. Plus, I also believe in making the BEST IN EVERY SITUATION lol. So below are the few lucky pictures from the opening of this year's festival in Abuja!
